Description

• Develop and manage manufacturing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, including direct materials, labor, and overhead, to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Implement and maintain robust cost accounting systems and processes to accurately track production costs and inventory valuation.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators, to support decision-making by management.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, and finance, to optimize production processes and resource utilization.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities related to manufacturing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide financial analysis (KPI’s) and insights to support strategic initiatives, capital investments, and product costing decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  
   

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing finance or cost accounting roles, preferably in a leadership capacity.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, experience with ISO9001, cost structures, and inventory management principles.
• Proficiency in cost accounting methodologies, financial analysis, and ERP systems; experience with Visual is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional areas and influence decision-making.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and cost savings initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
