Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Correctional Officers. As a Correctional Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our correctional facility. Duties:
- Maintain order and discipline within the correctional facility
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure security

- Conduct searches of inmates, cells, and common areas for contraband
- Enforce facility rules and regulations
- Escort inmates to various locations within the facility, such as courtrooms or medical appointments
- Prepare written reports on incidents, inmate behavior, and other relevant information
- Operate CCTV systems to monitor inmate activities
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- First aid and CPR certification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for report writing and inmate interactions
- Ability to handle conflict and deescalate potentially volatile situations
- Knowledge of law enforcement procedures and practices
- Ability to work in a highly structured and militarized environment
