POSITION SUMMARY The Program Coordinator is a managerial staff person whose primary responsibilities are to oversee operations in multiple IEI programs and provide support and leadership to Program Managers (PMs). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to understanding, monitoring and supervising the implementation of 24-Hour Comprehensive Residential Administrative Rules; monitoring ISP, medical and program data; providing technical assistance and direction to DSPs; ensuring that all supervised staff understand and follow the policies and procedures of IEI; assisting in the hiring and training of DSPs and other staff; monitoring Therap data; coordinating ISP development and attending ONA’s and other assessments, as needed.
