Job Title: CostShare Program Coordinator

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented CostShare Program Coordinator to join our team. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for approving companies for a federally funded program and reimbursing funds by following guidelines, processes and procedures. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Monitor applications for completeness
- Conduct regular reviews of expenses against regulations
- Collaborate with staff and liaison with members
- Review and analyze documentation
- Prepare accurate and timely reports and submission of applications and claims
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to expenses
- Coordinate with companies on consultations
- Participate in strategy meetings to provide updates and insights

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, business or a related field
- Proven experience with a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Ability to keep accurate notes
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in calendar management is preferred
