- Monitors implementation of county-by-county strategic plans to meet grant objectives with the Prevention Program Director and the prevention program Case managers.
- Monitor grant reports from each county and use data to collaborate with Case Managers, and Prevention Program Direction at WHS.

Discuss what works in each county, and the specific barriers that have been encountered that prevent and or slow grant objectives/goals being accomplished.

Brainstorm as a team to find solutions, and make sure everyone is heard.

- Supports promotion of relevant programs with the Prevention Program Director and the Westbrook marketing team.
- Create needs list in each county from community members/education staff.

Identify relevant EBPs for each county provided by WHS.

Brainstorm with WHS Prevention Program Director, and WHS marketing team.

Implement marketing distribution plan in an effective and ethical manner.
- Provides support and oversight on selection and implementation of evidence-based prevention education programming.
- Identify EBPs that can be best utilized within specific schools based on input from each county (school staff/parents/WHS Case Managers).

Purchase items needed for each EBP selected.

Answer questions using https://clearinghouse.helpandhopewv.org/programs/ and or find someone with answers involving the specific EBPs.

Find coverage for staff if needed.
- Oversees ordering processes to maintain and track appropriate levels of materials necessary to fulfill grant requirements.
- Create master list of materials required to fulfill grant requirements for each county.

Obtain distribution list from Case Managers after events to maintain inventory.
- Order an appropriate number of items to be prepared for future events.
- Coordinates case managers application of prevention strategies that focus on altering and improving the environment.
- Utilize prevention data collected from each county by case managers/staff to create a proven pathway customized to the area to impact the environment in a more meaningful and effective way.

Provides programmatic back up for prevention program Case Managers to meet the needs of assigned counties.
- Personally facilitate EBPs to assigned counties as back up, and or find Prevention Case Manager that can step in for the time being.

Personally step in to facilitate as back up at an event, and or find Youth Services Case Manager to step in.
- Maintains positive relationships with community partners to maximize outreach potential.
- Participate in FRN/Coalition meetings to strengthen and expand relationships.

Utilize networking of local organizations/businesses to create and or partner with community events.

Integrate strengths of WHS Prevention to further the agendas of all organizations to maintain relevance in each relationship.
- Guides data collection strategies as developed with the Prevention Program Director to identify strategies to move though challenges.
- Analyze, and organize prevention data captured in each county to see clear holes in current strategies that have been hindering future development (not every strategy is universal due to resources, demographics, culture; especially in the southern counties).
- Comply with federal, state and company policies, procedures and regulations.
- Follow the guidelines of each entity utilized including federal, state, and WHS policies and procedures.
- Maintains confidentiality of all consumers information and complies with HIPAA regulations.
- Relay HIPAA compliant information to WHS customers, and outside organizations working with WHS (do not give out personal or medical information to anyone that does not have a release information; some restrictions may still apply).
- Demonstrates knowledge of and supports Westbrook Health Services mission, vision, values, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards and code of ethical behavior.
- Create confidence in WHS by focusing on the mission, vision, values, confidentiality standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, and ethical behavior. This creates a positive impact in the community we engage with and expands our efforts in prevention.
Must be able to communicate clearly with a wide variety of individuals.

Must have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree. Prior computer experience. Work with computerized health records, scheduling preferred but not required. Basic math skills, Microsoft Office Understanding. Must be able to legally drive and have personal transportation. Must be able to travel. Occasionally trainings may require overnight stay.
