Responsibilities- Assign inbound trucks to designated dock doors.
- Complete logs and reports.
- Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
- Setup, control and maintain all related files for customer stored materials.
- Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
- Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, and other involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
- acks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintains a clean, neat area.
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the proper computer operating systems.
- Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
- Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency
- Able to work independently or as a team.
- Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks.
- Proficient Data Entry skills.
- Ability to follow through and provide excellent customer service.
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to work 2nd shift
Education and Experience- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1 year of SAP preferred.
- 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience
Schedule- Monday to Friday
- 2pm-10pm - subject to change
- Overtime Availability

Salary- $17.00-$18.00
Bonus Opportunity- Our bonus program starts January 8th through March 17th.
