Corporate Compliance Director manages the compliance programs, policies, reporting, and practices for an organization or business. Ensures that all activities follow regulatory requirements related to the governance of the organization as well as any industry-specific or location-specific laws. Being a Corporate Compliance Director oversees internal controls and auditing systems that monitor and report on regulated activities and processes. Implements risk-based compliance testing of existing procedures and controls to identify, detect, and correct noncompliance. Additionally, Corporate Compliance Director evaluates and implements changes to compliance processes due to new or amended regulations. Delivers communication and training initiatives that inform stakeholders about compliance requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Corporate Compliance Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Corporate Compliance Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Contracts Compliance Specialist - Tucson, AZ (Corporate)

  • General Summary:  Under general supervision by Manager of Foster Care Licensing, the Contract Compliance Specialist is responsible for records management and revenue reconciliation and reporting of for multiple contracts. The Contract Compliance Specialist works with designated Program and Administrative Staff across the organization.  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages general inbox of critical services to be recorded and uploaded into the EHR. Works with designated program staff in creating member record in the EHR. Ensures member record is accurately set up for cost center reporting. Completes member demographics, service authorizations, payer information, service procedures, etc. as identified. Uploads documents into the EHR related to service provision, licensing, etc. Reports and uploads documents into Contractor system within 24 hours of receipt. Reconciles, on a weekly basis, Contractor system to the EHR ensuring all billing is captured in both systems. Reports revenue to Finance by cost center before the 8th day of the month following the reporting month.   Works with Contractor in addressing billing discrepancies. Assist in the management of Accounts Receivable on a monthly basis. Assist in the identification and creation of reports that are critical to contract operations. Works with Program Staff to ensure the reporting system is efficient addressing challenges and concerns. Identifies and reports trends related to collections, reconciliation, services, etc. to Supervisor, designated Program Staff and VP of Clinical Operations. Participates in team meetings as needed. Conduct regular audits of revenue recognition procedures to ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive compliance strategies. Works closely with EHR team to ensure system is effective and to troubleshoot and resolve problems. Works closely with designated Statewide Licensing Compliance Supervisor to ensure contract deliverables are met.  Performs other duties as assigned or necessary as they relate to the general nature of the position.  QUALIFICATIONS: Education – HS/GED Certification – NA Experience – 1 year of contract compliance or claims processing experience preferred. Preferred experience within behavioral health or child welfare. REGULATORY: Minimum 21 years of age. DPS Level I fingerprint clearance (must possess upon hire and maintain throughout employment).
