Job Description
This position is responsible for the general oversight of construction projects. This includes but is not limited to scheduling, budgeting, documentation, weekly and monthly reporting, methodology, sequencing and day to day communication between the field, F&W management and project owner staff and stakeholders. This position must also be able to assemble project take-offs, estimates, participate in bidding and putting together bid packages.
Responsibilities
Technical knowledge of various field construction concepts, practices and procedures.
Quantity take off, man hour estimates, production reviews, and assembling bid packages.
Generate project methodology/approach and create project schedules.
Manage the procurement of vendor and subcontractor quotes and estimates.
Monitor compliance with applicable municipal, state and federal regulations.
Write and manage subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
Qualifications
Commercial Building Construction experience with 10 years of Project Management experience
Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Project Scheduling
Sage Software experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
