TSC is an industry leading Specialty Contractor providing Construction Crews and Management to install cellular equipment on communications structures. TSC is looking for an Operations Manager that will provide industry leading support to TSC’s Construction Management Teams to verify that all Crews and Crew Members are efficiently, effectively and safely performing work in a manner consistent with TSC’s Industry’s Standards when working on cellular communication sites.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Leadership position who will oversee assigned company and customer projects and be responsible for meeting company/customer goals.
Provide oversight during construction on all assigned construction projects.
Serve as single point of contact between project management and construction execution.
Ensure safety compliance is a top priority.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company construction standards, processes, and procedures.
Provide a positive work environment for all employees, customers and contractors.
Actively participate in development of new ideas and processes.
