Position Details

Gardant Management Solutions has grown to be the 10th largest assisted living company in the United States. Gardant Management Solutions is seeking a Tax Credit Compliance Manager to join a team of seven specialists. The ideal candidate would be detail oriented individual accustomed to working on a deadline driven schedule. 

Duties/Responsibilities

• Responsible for the tax credit compliance accuracy of filingsof affordable housing properties within a large corporate portfolio of Affordable Assisted Living properties.

• Must be able to travel when required
• Oversee completion of Tenant Income Certifications and state regulatory forms
• Training and monitoring of site level staff
• Strong data management skills with significant attention to detail
• Ability comprehend and abstract regulatory agreements, etc.
• Effective communication skills; ability to interface effectively and professionally with executives and department staff
• Strong computer skills and strong organizational skills
• Be a self-starter and ability to prioritize, track and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team of professionals

Experience

Licenses/Certifications: LIHTC or HUD Compliance a plus. Real Page ‘OneSite’ Compliance program experience a plus.

Five years of administrative, medical, legal, or accounting experience. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be a self-starter multi-tasker, communicator, with knowledge of operating systems (Windows 10, 11) and business applications (MS Office Suite, Adobe Suite). Candidate will be working in a cloud based software environment. Attention to detail is critical.
