Implements programs to assess and manage legal and regulatory compliance risks and establish high ethical standards of conduct for the organization. Being an Corporate Ethics & Compliance Manager communicates the organization's ethical standards, policies, and regulations. Delivers employee training programs that raise awareness about ethics-related topics such as Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, Conflicts of Interest, and others. Additionally, Corporate Ethics & Compliance Manager conducts compliance monitoring, investigations, and remediations of any non-compliant actions. Description:
The Corporate Payroll Manager will manage all aspects of RBC Bearings payroll, across multiple divisions which are processed weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly. They will be the point of contact for payroll activities and will ensure consistency across the organization in pay practices and pay compliance. The Payroll Manager will manage the HRIS vendor relationship (UKG) and manage 6 Payroll Specialist who process payroll for approximately 3500 employees.
