Implements programs to assess and manage legal and regulatory compliance risks and establish high ethical standards of conduct for the organization. Being an Corporate Ethics & Compliance Manager communicates the organization's ethical standards, policies, and regulations. Delivers employee training programs that raise awareness about ethics-related topics such as Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, Conflicts of Interest, and others. Additionally, Corporate Ethics & Compliance Manager conducts compliance monitoring, investigations, and remediations of any non-compliant actions. Manages the administration of confidential reporting systems or helplines for employees, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders to disclose violations of the organization's ethical standards, violations of law, or policies without fear of retaliation. Substantially all of the Company’s work is on contracts with the Federal Government directly, or indirectly via a prime contractor.
The Company seeks an in-house/Corporate attorney for contracts, legal, and business support in its Waterford, Connecticut, headquarters.
The required in-house work touches all of the area listed below, some of them to a significantly greater degree than others, with the result that Sonalysts uses outside counsel of regional and national scope on a regular basis to supplement its in-house staff, and to train its executive leadership, in the areas in which its own expertise may be limited.

Compensation will vary significantly with qualifications. Federal contract experience will be particularly important in this regard.
A potential basic salary range of approximately $150,000 to $200,000 would be anticipated for the initial period of mastery of the Core Knowledge and Responsibilities. This range is highly dependent upon qualifications and experience, and is subject to adjustment up or down in the Company’s discretion if it deems adjustment to be appropriate. The basic salary is separate from bonuses and Company contributions to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan, which are highly variable decisions made annually depending upon various corporate business and individual considerations.
