Implements programs to assess and manage legal and regulatory compliance risks and establish high ethical standards of conduct for the organization. Being an Corporate Ethics & Compliance Manager communicates the organization's ethical standards, policies, and regulations. Delivers employee training programs that raise awareness about ethics-related topics such as Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, Conflicts of Interest, and others. Additionally, Corporate Ethics & Compliance Manager conducts compliance monitoring, investigations, and remediations of any non-compliant actions. Manages the administration of confidential reporting systems or helplines for employees, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders to disclose violations of the organization's ethical standards, violations of law, or policies without fear of retaliation. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Corporate Ethics & Compliance Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. As the Manager of Corporate Privacy Compliance, you will assist the Chief Integrity Officer, Sr. Director and Director of Corporate Compliance in the oversight, management and coordination of all activities related to the Cleveland Clinic Privacy Program to maintain compliance with state, federal and international laws; professional ethics and accreditation standards governing the confidentiality and privacy of individuals and their protected health information. In this role, you will oversee the work of direct reports and ensures consistent application of Standard Operating Procedures established by the Corporate Compliance Office.
