Corporate Ethics & Compliance Specialist supports and coordinates the activities of the organization's global ethics and compliance function. Assists with the delivery and maintenance of programs to assess and manage legal and regulatory compliance risks and establish high ethical standards of conduct for the organization. Being an Corporate Ethics & Compliance Specialist prepares materials that communicate the organization's ethical standards, policies, and regulations. Supports or delivers employee training programs that raise awareness about ethics-related topics such as Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, Conflicts of Interest, and others. Additionally, Corporate Ethics & Compliance Specialist generates reports of compliance monitoring statistics, investigations, outcomes, and remediations of any non-compliant actions. May administer reporting systems or helplines for employees, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders to disclose violations of the organization's ethical standards, violations of law, or policies without fear of retaliation. May require a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the successful research, development, and execution of marketing strategies for SCCE, HCCA, and CCB programs. Programs include but are not limited to association membership, conferences, certification, and publications. Marketing strategies will be designed to support association initiatives, that include creating awareness, driving new and returning association members, conference attendees, product purchases and engagement with SCCE, HCCA, CCB and COSMOS programs. Key initiative areas include direct marketing, print collateral, PPC/digital campaigns, e-mail marketing, social media and more.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3-5 years of omni channel marketing experience: print collateral, PPC/digital campaigns, e-mail marketing, social media and more.
• Strong negotiation skills with proven record of identifying and securing new marketing programs, vendor management.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills, written, verbal and listening.
• Detail-oriented and organized; comfortable multi-tasking to produce high-quality work on tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Collaborative minded: you will be working with internal stakeholders to strategize and execute a multitude of omni channel campaigns.
• Experience using Microsoft applications, specifically Excel.
• Proven ability to work both as an individual contributor and team member.
• Must have experience in identifying and securing new marketing programs, vendor management, planning and execution of digital, print marketing programs.
• Ability to travel a few times per year
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
