Corporate Ethics & Compliance Specialist supports and coordinates the activities of the organization's global ethics and compliance function. Assists with the delivery and maintenance of programs to assess and manage legal and regulatory compliance risks and establish high ethical standards of conduct for the organization. Being an Corporate Ethics & Compliance Specialist prepares materials that communicate the organization's ethical standards, policies, and regulations. Supports or delivers employee training programs that raise awareness about ethics-related topics such as Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, Conflicts of Interest, and others. Additionally, Corporate Ethics & Compliance Specialist generates reports of compliance monitoring statistics, investigations, outcomes, and remediations of any non-compliant actions. May administer reporting systems or helplines for employees, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders to disclose violations of the organization's ethical standards, violations of law, or policies without fear of retaliation. May require a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Corporate Ethics & Compliance Specialist work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. DESCRIPTION
Provide technical guidance in the development, implementation, and management of Environmental Health & Safety programs, including but not limited to: Asbestos, Lead, Bloodborne Pathogens, Indoor Air Quality, Respiratory Protection etc
Ensures regulatory compliance with Occupational Safety programs
Draft, Review and Submit work plans for projects of all sizes and work types
Work directly with EnviroVantage Safety Director, Operations and Project Management
Ability to establish waste profiles with TSDF’s

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Degree in any relevant field of study preferred
Successfully completed a NIOSH 582 course or equivalent
Working knowledge of OSHA Lead in Construction 1926.62
Minimum 5 years' experience in plan writing, submittals, or project design
Experience with projects from DOD, EPA, or Veterans Affairs Hospitals preferred
Strong ability to multi-task
Organized with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Proven experience working as and EH&S Manager and/or providing Safety training in the field
CERTIFICATIONS
Accredited EPA AHERA Contractor/Supervisor/ Project Monitor certification preferred
