We are a team of passionate and dedicated individuals communicating the unique experiences available on our courses and at our resorts.

• Create, edit, and publish content to social media including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Cultivate the online relationship with our customers and ensure all consumer comments/requests on social channels are responded to/handled in a timely manner
• Assist creating scripts, shot lists and creative vision of video edits and photo shoots based on campaign objectives.
• Shoot photo and video images, including drone photography of resort and activities daily for use in social media and other resort marketing content.
• Assemble raw material into a finished product which meets objectives. Short clips (30-90 seconds) may be required the same day as the shoot
• Represent resort’s unique brand in all content marketing related efforts and assist in maintaining a consistent image for BOYNE Golf and our resorts brochures, resort TV channels, signage, and guides
• Report social media metrics; research and share key social media trends and emerging channels
• Use Web analytics to maximize social traffic to home website
• Leverage consumer research to promote and optimize content that resonates with our audience
• Responsible for understanding the competitive landscape, consumer target mindset, and business needs to inform relevant social strategy and execution

• College study in graphic arts, communications, or digital marketing preferred, but will consider equivalent combination of education and experience for the right person
• Proven photography and videography experience. Ability and license to fly a drone is preferred to start, but will be required to maintain the position by June 15.
• Ability to work independently with a moderate amount of supervision.

• Passionate about golf and outdoor industry. Enjoys the sport of golf personally, but a low handicap is NOT a requirement

• Positive attitude with willingness to learn new skills
• Knowledgeable of social media platforms and social analytics
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Web Content Management systems, Microsoft Office, and blogging platforms
• Superior writing and editing skills with a proven ability to create unique and compelling copy
• Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to take complex topics and distill into unique, data-driven and actionable content
• Understanding of SEO, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects, plans, and deliverables
• Thrives in fast-paced, ever changing, highly productive, and collaborative environment
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends, including travel to sponsored events and tournaments
