Corporate Ethics Helpline Administrator administers the corporate-wide anonymous reporting systems ("helpline"), allowing all stakeholders to disclose violations of the corporation's ethical standards, laws, or policies without fear of retaliation, as required by Sarbanes Oxley. Manages the flow of "helpline" inquiries to completion, and ensures that all allegations of unethical or illegal activity is referred to the appropriate resources within the ethics and compliance function. Being a Corporate Ethics Helpline Administrator serves as the internal database coordinator for ethics and compliance tracking information systems. Monitors progress of investigation and documents and maintains accurate records of issues handled. Additionally, Corporate Ethics Helpline Administrator prepares and maintains reports and statistical analysis of "helpline" activity. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Corporate Ethics Helpline Administrator typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.     PURPOSE:

    The Point of Sales Clerk position allows you the opportunity to provide superior customer service by way working as corporate support for all company locations that utilize our point of sales systems. In this role you'll, provide pricing support and assist with making shelf labels, signs, and performing other functions as required that can ensure store scanning from products is accurate. To be successful in this position you must be someone who cares about our customers shopping experience, and an individual who is familiar with computers, word processing, and spreadsheet software. Activities of this position take place in a fast paced and ever changing retail environment where it is important to have the skills and ability to directly interface with vendors, all members of the work force and management.     DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES:

    The essential duties of the Point of Sales Clerk consist of, but are not limited to, the following responsibilities:

    • THE CUSTOMER IS THE FIRST PRIORITY; the entire store is in the forefront of that activity; and every member of the store's team is here to fully support that priority with prompt and friendly service.
    • Strive to always provide the best customer service whenever possible.
    • Follow the assigned weekly work schedule to ensure adequate coverage in the POS area, by maintaining punctual and regular attendance.
    • Arrive at work on time and leave per scheduled time unless otherwise directed.
    • Dress and groom according to company policy, including uniform, name badge, and hat or apron requirements.
    • Always maintain a neat well-groomed appearance.
    • Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and safe work environment.
    • Provide necessary reports on a daily, weekly or other timely basis that will be used by all departments to assist in the efficient operation of the company.
    • Perform price accuracy scanning audits for all ad products and audited for proper signage.
    • Correct any scanning error as appropriate (i.e., change shelf label, ad sign, change price through POS software).
    • Communicate to the POS Coordinator any problems or situations which may affect the integrity of a store or vendor.
    • Manage third party vendor relationships for competitor monitoring and consumer research, as assigned.
    • Check competitor's salient items weekly, review categories quarterly and provide feedback to merchants and sales managers regarding competitor activity as a team.
    • Prepare and make signs for each store using dedicated software and hardware.
    • Prepare and print the tags for each store.
    • Pull expired tags and signs in stores, and replace with current tag or sign, if applicable.
    • Perform any other duty or task as may be assigned from time to time by the Pricing and Analytics Director or Point of Sales Coordinator.

    PHYSICAL AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Ability to interact with internal and external customers in a friendly and helpful way.
    • Must have the people skills to assist customers and associates in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables under stressful circumstances, dealing with customer complaints, and in circumstances where only limited standards or policies exist.
    • This position might require early morning, last night, and working holidays and weekends.
    • Ability to work all assigned work schedules and comply with all time and attendance policies.
    • This position requires an individual capable of sitting, standing for extensive period of time, walking, bending, climbing stairs, and carrying loads up to 25 pounds including the use of hands and fingers to feel, use cash registers, and other related machines as needed.
    • Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand the English language.
    • Ability to hear, speak and understand the spoken word in order to respond promptly to pages for assistance, to accommodate verbal requests from customers for information or assistance, to answer telephones, and be able to communicate effectively with department employees, the store's coworkers and customers; Company handbooks, policies and procedures, and; Other written job-related documents including safety notices and other postings on company bulletin boards.
    • Successful performance requires specific vision abilities that include close vision and ability to adjust focus including having sufficient visual acuity to check and verify pricing and UPC codes.
    • Ability to perform basic math.
    • Must possess the math skills necessary to handle sales transactions, tender change, verify vendor invoice charges, and be able to balance cash receipts or troubleshoot errors or discrepancies in cash or column balance.
    • Must have a good understanding and use of the cash register.
    • Ability to tolerate dust and cleaning agents during routine housekeeping duties.
    • Ability to work in varying temperatures, as needed.
    • Ability to work cooperatively with others.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    The work environment will be completed in a climate-controlled retail store environment; on occasion work environment may include occasional exposure to outdoor areas during rain, cold, sunny, warm or freezing conditions in order to accomplish tasks as hand.
