Corporate Ethics Helpline Administrator administers the corporate-wide anonymous reporting systems ("helpline"), allowing all stakeholders to disclose violations of the corporation's ethical standards, laws, or policies without fear of retaliation, as required by Sarbanes Oxley. Manages the flow of "helpline" inquiries to completion, and ensures that all allegations of unethical or illegal activity is referred to the appropriate resources within the ethics and compliance function. Being a Corporate Ethics Helpline Administrator serves as the internal database coordinator for ethics and compliance tracking information systems. Monitors progress of investigation and documents and maintains accurate records of issues handled. Additionally, Corporate Ethics Helpline Administrator prepares and maintains reports and statistical analysis of "helpline" activity. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Corporate Ethics Helpline Administrator typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.      JOB SUMMARY

    The Procurement Manager is to responsible for strategizing and negotiating with suppliers and vendors in order to acquire the most cost-effective deals and to reduce procurement expenses. The position will also control the procurement budget and promote a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs.

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

    Primary areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Develops a buying strategy that considers the company budget and necessary supplies to obtain partnering relationship with vendors. 
    • Establish and maintain specifications and pricing for products and services, including developing and improving SOPs and best practices.
    • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
    • Establish inventory stock levels, lead times, and reorder amounts for all supplies while monitoring purchasing performance.
    • Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.
    • Ensure procurement strategies align with the company's financial goals, are consistent with brand standards and operational guidelines, and align purchases with company-approved partnerships.
    • Liaison between FoodBuy (or Avendra) and operations.
    • Work closely with the Kessler Leadership team in various disciplines and the field on procurement-related initiatives with a focus on meeting the Kessler Collection’s sustainability goals.
    • Key leader to assist with company procurement system (Birchstreet). 
    • Assist with bids for capital projects.
    • Manage the establishment of new and existing vendor databases and contact information.
    • Develop, communicate and manage procurement strategies to significantly improve product delivery and quality while reducing supply risk and maximizing purchasing power.
    • Manages the budgetary cost reduction programs and initiatives that facilitate the Kessler Leadership team in achieving their business unit goals and financial targets.
    • Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients.
    • Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.
    • Control spending and build a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs.
    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES 

    To perform this role successfully, an individual must have experience achieving desired result(s) in their areas of responsibility. The requirements listed below are representative of observable behaviors and essential knowledge, skill, and abilities required of a successful incumbent.

    • Ability to successfully manage a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of balancing invoices against PO and ensuring proper entry of invoices into AP Systems
    • Must multitask and manage multiple people remotely across the collection.
    • Knowledge of food and beverage receiving SOP and ability to judge food product quality quickly and accurately.
    • Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments.
    • Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
    • Ability to work with and understand financial information, data, and basic arithmetic functions.
    • Strong written, verbal, computer, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage vendor and vendor relations.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of Procurement procedures and policies.
    • Basic Knowledge of Wine and Liquor for purchasing and receiving related tasks.
    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    Education, Certifications, Work Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related training equivalent – preferred
    • 5 years of relevant work experience in similar scope and title – required
    • Experience within luxury brands/markets – strongly preferred
    • Experience with Purchasing Programs – required
    • Experience with FF&E experience – required
    WORK ENVIRONMENT 

    The work environment/conditions described herein are representative of those that an incumbent may experience.

    • Must be comfortable working in a shared space, with constant noise, without the use of a private office.
    • Must be able to cope with frequent changing priorities and deadlines with a high degree of optimism, professionalism & collaboration.
    • Schedules may vary from week to week based on business demands in excess of 40 hours with or without notice.
    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an incumbent to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. 

    • While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to move 10lbs on a daily basis.
    • Push, pull, and lift up to 25lbs on a weekly basis.
    • While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to travel by foot, car, bus,  airplane, or other means of transportation which require sitting, waiting, and standing for long and short periods of time.
