Corporate Giving Director identifies and assesses the causes and organizations that align with the company's values and goals and implements strategic plans to support them. Establishes and maintains relationships with nonprofit organizations and community leaders to ensure effective collaboration and support of giving initiatives. Being a Corporate Giving Director manages the budget for charitable giving, evaluates grant proposals, and monitors the impact of the company's charitable contributions. Develops employee volunteer programs to engage employees, offer participation to wider audience, and raise awareness about the organization's charitable initiatives. Additionally, Corporate Giving Director maintains current knowledge of best practices in corporate giving and philanthropy. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Corporate Giving Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Corporate Giving Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Title: Regional Director (Fluent Spanish\English Required)

    Location: Based in Little Rock, AR

     

    Establish and maintain relationships with owners while coaching, mentoring and leading a team of Chaplains to successfully carry out our mission statement.

    Responsibilities

    Chaplain Team: • Coach, mentor and lead a Team of Chaplains to ensure their success in the key areas of responsibility for their position and assigned mission fields. • Travel for field visits with Chaplain Team members and with other Key Players in assigned Mission Fields to build the relationships and the “culture of care” that is desired and expected of all CCA members.• Train and develop Chaplain Team members through effective coaching, equipping and encouragement. • Provide all Chaplain Team members with clear and timely performance feed- back through periodic and annual reviews of services provided with verifiable comments and ratings. • The RD must be able to clearly communicate and motivate Chaplain Team members to keep and practice their “WHY” (Lk 10:27) • Monitor and test all chaplain reporting requirements to ensure data integrity • and compliance. • Provide crisis care as needed for natural disasters, traumatic accidents, etc. • through Rapid Response teams • Able to provide chaplain coverage as needed

     

    Client Relations: • Build “Value” Business relationships with owners in your assigned Region.• Strive to build and maintain clear two-way communication and trust throughout CCA and with companies served. • Conduct regular company reviews to ensure a solid value relationship exist between CCA and Company owners.• Be alert to changes in company leadership, ensure accurate system reporting. • If a chaplain transition is required, be the contact person and onsite assistant to ensure smooth transfer of company context and culture.

     

    CCA Leadership: • Throughout CCA, promote the importance of consistent evangelism including the responsible sharing of the gospel and leading the lost to a salvation experience. • Adhere to the CCA Employee Handbook and current operational SOP’s. • Display and promote a team player attitude with fellow chaplains and Regional Directors. • Take an active role in identifying and developing Chaplains for future roles in the ministry

    Recruiting: • Provide proactive assistance to CCA Recruiting team for regional open positions and for enabling an average of 5% or less MMR for all assigned chaplains. • Actively Participate in recruiting, interviewing, assimilating and training new chaplains. • Provide chaplain applicant leads to Recruiting team.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of 7-10 years of full time actual secular workplace experience. A business degree can reduce this requirement. (Church work time does not count as workplace experience.) • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited on- site college or university preferred or in lieu of extensive business/workplace experience. • Master of Divinity or Bible College preferred. • Business/workplace Leadership experience• Required technology skills include ability to use a computer and learn software • (Word, Excel, performance management, ADP, iCIMS, Salesforce, etc.), Internet, and • cell phone. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints. • Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations about • chaplaincy to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.

     

    Environmental Factors/Physical Demands: • Work is performed in an office environment and in the various environments of the companies we serve – both blue and white collar. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have the ability to maintain active customer and employee communication; access, input and retrieve information from the computer system; enter alpha-numeric data into a computerized system often while listening on the telephone. May be subject to repetitive motion such as typing, data entry and vision to monitor. May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping and lifting up to thirty (30) pounds.
