Corporate Giving Director identifies and assesses the causes and organizations that align with the company's values and goals and implements strategic plans to support them. Establishes and maintains relationships with nonprofit organizations and community leaders to ensure effective collaboration and support of giving initiatives. Being a Corporate Giving Director manages the budget for charitable giving, evaluates grant proposals, and monitors the impact of the company's charitable contributions. Develops employee volunteer programs to engage employees, offer participation to wider audience, and raise awareness about the organization's charitable initiatives. Additionally, Corporate Giving Director maintains current knowledge of best practices in corporate giving and philanthropy. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Corporate Giving Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Corporate Giving Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. We are looking for a Home Health Registered Nurse to provided one on one care in a patient's home twice a month in the Fort Garland area!

Responsibilities- Execute physician prescribed plans of care.
- Complete compliant documentation of the care provided in the system of record.
- Manage and administer prescribed medication, treatment, and therapies.
- Conduct patient assessments in coordination of care plan.
- Perform various activities associated with daily living.
- Monitor for changes in the patient’s condition such as weight loss/gain, self-care abilities, and indicators of disease progression.
- Communicate with family members, physicians, case managers, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health of the patients.
Minimum Qualifications- Current State or Compact License as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Current CPR certification
- Maintain required insurance.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Must have dependable transportation and be willing to commute to the patient’s home.
- Ability to provide basic medical management up to medically fragile end of life care.
Preferred Qualifications- 1 years of experience as an RN in a clinical or home health setting.
