Additionally, Corporate Giving Manager maintains current knowledge of best practices in corporate giving and philanthropy. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director.     Salary: $85,000- $95,000

    Location: Hybrid based in Atlanta, 2-3 days a week in Office (Alpharetta, GA)


    Primary Purpose:

    The primary purpose of the Corporate Human Resources Manager is to provide administration, leadership support and guidance in human resources policies, procedures, and practices to the company’s corporate associates (corporate offices and remote teams), General Managers, and Area Director and/or Directors, Human Resources.

    Work Performed:

    The Corporate Human Resources Manager will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:

    • Serve as a human resource business partner primarily to corporate associates, by executing HR strategies that uphold the company core values, drive excellence, and promote a strong culture. May also support property associates when necessary;
    • Drives compliance to the company’s policies as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations;
    • Act as a recruiter for corporate requisitions and lead full cycle recruiting efforts to include reviewing resumes/applications, partnering with hiring managers coordinating interview process, ensuring positive candidate experience, managing pre-employment requirements, effectively managing the company’s applicant tracking system and compliance, and facilitating the job offer process;
    • Ensure all tasks related to new hires and transfers (promotions/demotions/lateral) are completed in a timely manner;
    • Conduct engaging corporate new hire orientations and execute required HRIS training processes;
    • Promote the company’s culture and increase employee engagement through associate recognition programs such as top performance-based programs, birthday and anniversary celebrations, rallies, community service and other associate-focused events;
    • Support corporate leaders in leveraging company performance management and positive associate relations systems and processes to facilitate high performance, accountability and talent mobility;
    • Review corporate payroll register on a biweekly basis. Manage timesheets, ensure compensation data is accurate, process bonus or one-time payments, and support other corporate payroll requests as needed;
    • Ensure accurate and timely handling of all corporate unemployment claims;
    • Administrator for Worker’s Compensation claims. Champion safety efforts for our corporate offices. Coordinate facility efforts to ensure injured associates receive prompt medical attention. As necessary, maintain OSHA log in accordance with the act, correlate and communicate incident trends, and serves as member safety and fire drill committee;
    • Manage the communications on company’s HRIS by ensuring all company-wide correspondences are compliant and up-to-date. Develop and maintain the corporate’s internal communication site and correspondences;
    • Supporting utilization of brand specific platforms;
    • Managing other HR vendor relationships (e,g. employment posters, pre-hire checks, etc.);
    • Maintain personnel files in accordance with established guidelines; and
    • Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.

    Qualifications:

    • 3 or more years Human Resources experience with focus on Employee Relations and Engagement
    • Hospitality experience Preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Hospitality Management or other related field of study or Equivalent Work Experience
    • Human Resources Certification (Active or In Process)
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
    • Workday Experience
