Corporate Giving Manager jobs in Pennsylvania

Corporate Giving Manager identifies and assesses the causes and organizations that align with the company's values and goals and develops strategic plans to support them. Establishes and maintains relationships with nonprofit organizations and community leaders to ensure effective collaboration and support of giving initiatives. Being a Corporate Giving Manager manages the budget for charitable giving, evaluates grant proposals, and monitors the impact of the company's charitable contributions. Develops and launches employee volunteer programs to engage employees, offer participation to wider audience, and raise awareness about the organization's charitable initiatives. Additionally, Corporate Giving Manager maintains current knowledge of best practices in corporate giving and philanthropy. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Corporate Giving Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Corporate Giving Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     ARS is seeking to add a passionate and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to our team!

    About the Position:

    If you are an energetic, self-starting, and detail oriented Quality Assurance professional who enjoys working with people, this might be the role for you! The position will be ideal for someone with attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, ability to adapt to changing environments, and great at identifying and solving problems. This role also offers the opportunity to plan and implement all quality initiatives, as well as risk management activities. Your focus would be on the following:

    • Close out (Quarterly & Annually) audits.
    • Conduct routine inspections for health and safety, DEA regulations, and state regulations.
    •  Assist CEO with data collection and analysis for strategic decision making.
    • Lead investigations and quality reviews for critical incidents and compliance involving a violation of ARS policy and/or state or federal regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree is preferred.
    • Solid history of developing and implementing quality management programs and corrective action plans.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience, or similar combination of education & experience
    • Clinical experience is preferred, although candidates with non-clinical degrees, such as MBA, MPH, or MS will be considered if there is commensurate work experience in healthcare performance improvement.
    • Experience with Root Cause Analysis is required. Knowledge of CARF, CMS and State Health standards/regulations is required.
