We are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join the legal team in the Company’s Greenwood Village, CO office. The Corporate Paralegal will be responsible for maintaining corporate records, drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts, conducting legal research, supporting regulatory compliance, and otherwise supporting the legal team as well as the Company’s business operations and goals.
Responsibilities
- Maintain corporate records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare and file corporate documents, such as articles of incorporation, annual reports, and corporate resolutions.
- Contract process management, including intake, populating templates, liaising with internal stakeholders, request tracking, and facilitating signatures
- Maintain and update contract management system, including contract records, periodic quality control, routine reporting, and user updates
- Execute on e-signature requests, including intake, tracking, and facilitating signatures
- Conduct legal research on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and industry-specific legal issues.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel on corporate matters, litigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Assist with legal projects and initiatives as assigned by attorneys or senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, human resources, sales & marketing, and operations, to support corporate legal initiatives and projects.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks and support for legal department, including legal billing and budgeting.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
- Paralegal certification preferred.
- 3 years of experience working as a paralegal in a corporate legal department or law firm.
- Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial contracts, and legal research methods.
- Familiarity with real estate documentation and law a plus.
- Familiarity with data privacy and security (e.g. GDPR, CCPA, etc.) a plus.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, multitask, and complete objectives in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to meet consistent attendance expectations (requirement to be in office at least 4 days a week,).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year.
