POSITION SUMMARY
The incumbent is expected to work in accordance with the mission, purpose, and values of the Colusa Indian Community Council.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
- Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
- Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries; distribute items to appropriate staff or department.
- Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
- Performs data entry into Microsoft Office.
- Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
- Assists with the management of the Events calendar.
- Produces copies of documents for distribution to staff or Tribal members.
- May perform other duties commensurate with the functions and level of the position.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: One (1) year or more of experience working in a similar setting.
- Licensing: Possession of a valid Class C California Driver’s License.

- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Office Suite and PC knowledge.
- Dedicated hard worker with ability to report to work on a daily basis.
