American Coradius International LLC (ACI) is a local, long standing, full service financial services company looking to add a motivated, creative corporate recruiter to our team. We offer a competitive salary and excellent comprehensive benefits. This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Human Resources. A successful candidate will have experience in high volume recruiting and the ability to market the ACI brand to successfully attract quality applicants.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partners with hiring managers to determine hiring needs.
Screens resumes/applications, interviews candidates, administers appropriate assessments and reference/background checks, makes recommendations for hire (or not hire) and delivers employment offers/rejections for both exempt and nonexempt position openings.
Coordinates internal and external recruitment processes to include posting open positions, marketing and ACI branding.
Utilizes the Predictive Index software in candidate assessment, selection and placement
Manages internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer offer letters, etc.
Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process.
Develops recruitment strategies and contacts using traditional and non-traditional resources such as career fairs, community network events, etc. to identify and attract quality candidates.
Function as a liaison with area employment agencies & colleges to foster and maintain excellent relationships.
Develops advertising and marketing programs both internally and externally to attract potential candidates and establish ACI as a recognizable employer of choice.
Manages ACI’s social media presence (ACI webpage, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Assist with the creative development and administration employee referral programs
Serves as an employee resource and advocate for new hires as well as tenured employees
Assists with planning and implementing employee recognition and company appreciation events and activities.
Monthly tracking and development of measurable recruiting metrics: ex. staffing, candidate and employment activity
Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy, state and federal laws.
Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, noncompete agreements).
Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan compliance.
Comply with company policies and procedures (to include all IT required security and privacy policies and procedures), client standards and all applicable federal, state and regulatory laws
Other duties as assigned or needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices
At least two (2) years recruiting experience
Detail oriented individual with demonstrated high level of initiative and creativity in a fast paced environment.
Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Word and Excel
Proven presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team
Strong planning and organizational skills
Effective communication (both written and verbal) skills with all levels of management and employees
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
At least one (1) year of collection industry experience
Bachelor’s degree in one or more of the following: Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration and/or Teaching
