Corporate Relations Director - Higher Ed. jobs in Montgomery, AL

Coordinate and support corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities, events, and initiatives in an automotive manufacturing environment.

Essential Functions:

• Conduct external research to find impactful leading-edge capability-building strategies, partnerships, and programs to support HMMA’s CSR efforts.
• Develop and execute CSR programs, as well as conduct program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness.
• Research best practices and trends in CSR programs, propose improvements to be implemented.
• Plan and coordinate CSR activities and events as needed.
• Gather, maintain, and present CSR data to management as needed or requested.
• Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.
• Meet all other requirements as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred

Related Experience:

• 0 – 10 years of job related experience preferred
• 1 -2 years of related work experience in the philanthropic, corporate, or non-profit sectors

Additional Information:

Position may require occasional travel (domestic or foreign). Flexibility in working hours to include weekends, holidays, and off shift. Position may require on-call duty or overtime due to overall responsibility.
