Enrollment Director

Working closely with the Executive Team, the Enrollment Director will oversee student recruitment and retention efforts while building the BASIS Texas brand. The person in this role will ensure the execution of an efficient enrollment process that helps our schools achieve their admission goals and positively impacts the interest of the parents and students seeking one of the highest performing school systems in the world.

Responsibilities:

• Lead on enrollment strategy for all existing and new schools
• Develop and manage Enrollment timelines and processes
• Work with Growth and Marketing teams to align enrollment goals with Growth and Marketing goals
• Manage enrollment system setup, configuration, and issues
  • Test new features and to troubleshoot all technical issues
  • Update all parent-facing content and emails
  • Work closely with Student Information System team to ensure flow of data between systems
• Train Registrars on enrollment system, timelines, and processes
• Fill in for Registrars prior to hire
• Coordinate with Finance and Academics to create enrollment target numbers for schools
• Monitor enrollment and reenrollment progress
• Prepare and present enrollment presentations, materials and reports
• Work with Legal and Compliance to provide Enrollment policy advice and ensure compliance
• Monitor and run all aspects of lottery and offer process.
• Work closely with Marketing team to identify schools and grade levels in need of remarketing efforts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience in school admissions, ideally within a K-12 charter school network
• Effective skills in leadership, communication, enrollment strategy, and enrollment event logistics
• Advanced experience with enrollment systems, Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with inbound marketing tools like Hubspot, Constant Contact or similar.
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to multi-task and work with software systems – enrollment, tuition, etc.

Benefits and Salary: The salary range for this position is $75,000-85,000. BASIS Ed Texas offers a comprehensive benefits package.
