POSITION PURPOSE

As a Systems Facilitator/Trainer, I consider myself a lifelong student. I embrace new things with an open mind, continually striving to learn and understand new ideas and concepts. By teaming up with department leadership, I develop content that is not only engaging and interactive but relevant to our audience of adult learners. Whether in person or via Zoom/Teams sessions, I am a catalyst for change and look to capture both the mind and heart leveraging methodologies used by our teams to deliver content with optimism, confidence, and encouragement. I strive to ensure knowledge transfer is occurring with all learners.

I measure the effectiveness of our learning environments, content, and delivery methods by analyzing established metrics and gathering feedback from others. I offer and participate in post-learning and skill-building events to support learning, comprehension, and successful implementation. My follow-up further encourages an open line of communication with leaders and learners alike, allowing us to learn and grow together as a team. As everyone demonstrates their individual ability to use what they have been taught, I can see that what I'm doing makes a difference to others and our company achieve success.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least three years in a training/facilitator capacity or similar role
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
• Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
