  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The KCSC training will play a key role in the education, engagement, and production of our sales center Gear Advisors as they go through a structured training course over the first 8 weeks of their employment at the Kansas City Sales Center. KCSC trainers will partner with store veterans, vendors, human resources, and sales leaders to deliver a training that prepares our Gear Advisors to accel in their jobs and will tasked with the cultivation of the Gear Advisor culture at the Kansas City Sales Center. These individuals will bring a passion for education, a knowledge of sales culture, and a drive for continual learning to push our organization forward.

    Job Responsibilities:

    * Delivery of an established KCSC training curriculum recurring every 8 weeks

    * Provide continual feedback to KCSC leadership on curriculum updates and improvements

    * Partner with external vendors and other trainers to execute vendor visits seamlessly

    * Act as a liaison for the KCSC and other stakeholders in the Kansas City Distribution Center on related items

    * Provide weekly updates to KCSC leadership on progress of training cohorts

    * Supervise new Gear Advisor hires through their initial 8 week training period.

    * Partner with Human Resources on employee relations issues relating to Gear Advisor trainees


    PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:

    * Bachelors degree preferred or relevant experience.

    * Experience working in a remote/hybrid environment

    * Strong oral and written communication skills.

    * A high energy level and desire to significantly impact the business.

    * Outstanding interpersonal skills.

    * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    * Confidence, enthusiasm and a strong dedication to the job and company.
