  • Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central Corporate Trainer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs on Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central to internal employees. The trainer will work closely with employees to understand their business processes and customize training modules to meet their specific needs. This role requires strong communication, presentation, and technical skills, along with the ability to effectively engage and educate diverse audiences.Key Responsibilities:• Develop comprehensive training materials and documentation for Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central tailored to various user levels and business functions.• Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills within client organizations.• Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to corporate clients.• Customize training content to align with client-specific business processes and industry requirements.• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to users to enhance their proficiency in using Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central.• Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of training initiatives with system implementations and upgrades.• Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and best practices related to Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central.• Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs and materials.• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and participant evaluations.Requirements:• Proven experience (3 years) working with Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central, including configuration, customization, and implementation.• Previous experience (2 years) delivering training programs on Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central or similar ERP systems.• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to adapt training approaches to accommodate various learning styles and skill levels.• Proficiency in developing training materials using multimedia tools and e-learning platforms.• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central is highly desirable.• Experience working as a corporate trainer or consultant is a plus.
