DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Cost Estimate Analyst in Redondo Beach, CA.

The person in this role:

• Estimates costs of design and construction based on various levels of information. Able to quickly produce high level concept cost estimates for construction location/size/specification comparisons.
• Where needed, can analyze specifications, including sketches, blueprints, bills of material, or sample layouts, and calculate detailed construction costs breakdowns.
• Collects cost data from completed projects, prior estimates, and vendors.
• Prepares and maintains historical cost data register, and models for cost estimating.
• Completes assessments of contractor claims and produces independent cost estimates for planning purposes.

QUALIFICATIONS

To qualify for this opportunity candidates:

• US Citizenship is required and ability to obtain a secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree and 5-8 years’ experience

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Pay rate: $36.76/hr.
