Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Accountant to join our team. The Cost Accountant will be responsible for analyzing financial data, conducting cost audits, and providing recommendations to improve cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting skills and a solid understanding of cost accounting principles.

Responsibilities:
- Perform cost analysis and provide accurate cost information for decision-making purposes
- Conduct regular audits of inventory, production costs, and other financial data
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts
- Monitor and analyze variances between actual costs and budgeted costs
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Assist with month-end close activities related to cost accounting
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations

Requirements:
-C.P.A. Licence

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost accounting or related field working in manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and cost accounting standards
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel for data analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary: $80,883.67 - $100,182.48 per year
