Who We Are:
For nearly 15 years Cost Recovery Strategies has provided Construction Cost Studies for our client. We have an office locally in Baton Rouge that has maintained a small niche structure and are currently looking to expand as the business has grown.
The Position:
We are looking for a cost estimator who is familiar with national databases such as RS Means. Our services do not require contact with various subcontractors and subcontractor contract review. The successful candidate will work alongside the owner in establishing complete construction cost breakdowns for commercial properties. A strong understanding of construction drawings, construction divisions and take off software is a must. Position is local to Baton Rouge, travel is not required and work hours are extremely flexible.
