• Assist with the annual budget, forecasting, and standard setting processes; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data, with a complete understanding of all the risks and opportunities.• Understand variances to budget and prior year and identifying opportunities for cost reductions and improvements• Analysis of month-end results: P&L and Balance Sheet including variance analysis• Assist in the preparation of the month end results package for the Plant that is presented to Senior Management• Responsible for validation of month-end financial controls and intercompany reconciliations• KPI Reporting, development and improvement• Monitor and work with Plant Management and Sales Office on Continuous Improvement initiatives and track accordingly• Be a finance business partner to other departments (technical department, production team, etc.) • Ad hoc financial analysis of financial and operating metrics as needed• Responsible for the overall investment request process including validation of assumptions, preparation and submissions.

Profiel

Education/Experience• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with minimum of 3 years of general accounting or finance experience

Specific Knowledge• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel and PowerPoint• Experience with ERP packages, SAP is preferred• Must be able to perform duties following all regulatory GMP/FSMA food hygiene practices

Language• English proficiency (verbal and written)
