Walsh is currently seeking a Cost Control Engineer at the DART Silver Line project in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Cost control 
• Job forecast – Management of job costs
• Change orders
• Work with superintendents, subcontractors and other project team members to accurately represent the impact of change orders and or delays to the project cost
• Analysis of project cost
• Accurate forecasting and management of budgets
• Estimating

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Finance or related
• 1-5 years of experience 
• CMIC experience is preferred 
• Cost Accounting experience (Timberline or other cost management programs)
• Ability to make confident, timely, and fact based decisions on a broad range of resources
• Candidates must demonstrate multi-tasking experience working in large teams and solving complex problems
