Psychologist/Counselor
  • Biltmore Psychology & Counseling
  • Phoenix, AZ FULL_TIME
  • Biltmore Psychology and Counseling is the practice of the top psychology and counseling professionals in the Phoenix area. We provide exceptional, holistic psychology and counseling services for every person to help them live an extraordinary life. Established in 2012, Biltmore Psychology and Counseling now have 7 practicing counselors.
    What We Believe
At Biltmore Psychology and Counseling, we do not view people as broken and damaged, but as on a journey to become the best versions of themselves. Though some nights may be dark, we believe in hope for the future and the tenacity of the human spirit. Our job is to journey with people through difficult times and provide the guidance needed to achieve something far above average. We can’t promise that it will always be easy, but we believe that it is worth it and know you will too.
Why We Do What We Do
Seriously, how lucky are we to get to journey with such amazing people through gritty times in their lives and get to see the other side? What could be more amazing than to sit with a couple through relationship hardship and see their despair transform into passion, to watch a woman long to have a baby and journey with her until we see the birth announcement, to sit across from the businessman who is struggling to find his place at work than to hear the hope as he starts his own business. Life can be rough, we’ve seen it, we know. But on the other side of the hardship is a pretty extraordinary life.
    Why Our Therapists Love BPC
BPC was created with 2 key principles in mind. First, provide uncompromising compassionate, and expert care to all people. Secondly, create an environment in which therapists can focus on what they love, therapy. So many therapists experience burnout in private practice and other clinical settings because so much of what they do has nothing to do with why they became therapists in the first place. They find themselves mired in administrative work, unable to practice self-care, and often alone without the support of colleagues. At BPC, we actively strive to create an environment that is healthy for both the client and the therapist.
    Who Are Our Clients
Our clients are hard-working, tenacious individuals who expect a lot of themselves and expect a lot out of counseling as well. They are motivated by the undying belief that they can achieve their greatest potential and are not afraid to lean on experts to get there. They are motivated by the belief that counseling is not for the “sick,” but is for the motivated individual looking to live a better life. We are all imperfect. We all have flaws and weaknesses. Our clients refuse to be complacent and refuse to accept that these features cannot change.
