Counter and Rental Clerk jobs in Davenport, IA

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill a full-time position at AE Outdoor Power, a leader in outdoor power equipment (mowers, snow blowers, etc.). We are a growing retail company with four stores in Iowa. This position will be at our Davenport, Iowa location. This position would work predominately on the store retail side of the business but will be required to collaborate closely with all departments within the company. Hours of work are Monday-Friday (9a -5p) and some Saturdays (8a-12pm).

Job Description of this position will include, but not limited to:

• Assist customers with selecting the correct parts and providing excellent customer service
• Instruct customers on proper operation of outdoor power equipment
• Assist the store manager with sales and service customers as needed
• Fulfill parts for shop work orders and keep internal shop stocked with the parts needed
• Order parts and inventory parts as needed
• Other projects and/or duties as assigned

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs

Experience:

• Knowledge of outdoor power equipment is a plus, but not required
