Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly detailed individual who will be responsible for verifying all property jobs, managing our storage facility, & perform field tasks such as replenishing storage/ property inventory, & delivering items to & from locations. The ideal candidate should be willing to have items delivered to their house, work weekends, have a reliable vehicle, & be available to go to properties on short notice in case of emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect properties after cleans
- Maintain brand awareness at all properties.
- Stage properties to ensure rent readiness.
- Ensure properties are stocked.
- Ensure storage facility is organized and stocked with needed supplies
- Prepare linen reset containers for cleaners.
- Remediate & report all issues.
- Responsible for keeping up with company card, and sending receipts upon all purchases
made.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for work
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly detailed and ability to prioritize tasks
- Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
Compensation:
This position will require between 10 - 30 hours per week contingent on seasonality. Position is paid on a “per job basis” & will average between $15 - $25 per hour depending on how efficient your work is.
