We are looking for qualified personnel to fill positions in a Top Rated Car Rental Company. EDS Service Solutions staffs car rental companies around the United States.

We are looking for Car Rental Customer Service Agents at our Phoenix Airport location.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and helping customers with questions regards rentals pricing
• Clerical – Processing rental reservations and rental contract
• Answering calls and in-person questions about rental cars
• Position may require other duties assigned by the manager on site
• - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• - Provide information about rental options and answer any questions or concerns- Process rental agreements, including data entry and documentation- Coordinate vehicle pick-up and return logistics- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience- Collaborate with the sales team to meet rental targets
• Location: Phoenix Airport Car Rental

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Have a driver's license
• Clean Driving Record in the past 3 years

ALL Shifts Available,

10am-6pm and 5pm-1am - FT

Pay Rate: $19hr with weekly pay
