Bismarck Rentall is seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team at the Rental Counter. As a Rental Counter team member, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their equipment rental needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers at the Rental Counter with selecting the right equipment for their needs
- Process rental orders and reservations accurately and efficiently
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Ensure the Rental Counter is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Knowledge of equipment rentals a plus
