Counter and Rental Clerk jobs in New Bedford, MA

We are looking for a Counter Clerk to join our team and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Counter Clerk will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions, and processing payments. They will also be expected to maintain the cleanliness of the counter area and ensure that all products are stocked and displayed properly.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist kitchen staff with stocking hot tables with sandwiches.
• Brew morning coffee, stock the coffee area, and ensure the cleanliness of closing down coffee areas.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer questions about products and services.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store and work area.
• Restock shelves with merchandise.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
