Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Counter Sales Representative to join our team. As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need - Provide product information, answer questions, and make recommendations - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and special offers - Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner - Upsell products and encourage add-on purchases Qualifications: - Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual) - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Basic math skills for processing sales transactions - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred - Knowledge of jewelry sales or technical sales is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment We offer competitive pay and benefits, including health insurance options, retirement plans, and opportunities for career growth.
