As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their automotive service and repair needs. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in identifying their automotive service and repair needs
- Provide product recommendations based on customer requirements
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely completion of customer orders
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base
- Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Excel, for order processing and inventory management
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of automotive service and repair is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are highly desirable
