Geis Utility Trailer is looking for a motivated and aggressive individual with Parts sales experience to join our growing team.

As a team member of Utility Trailer Parts Counter, Representatives are responsible for properly identifying necessary parts and completing sales transactions to our customers over the counter, via email, phone, online portals and doing so with the highest level of customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Location: Kansas City, KS

Job Responsibilities:(Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following)

• Assisting customers in selecting and purchasing the correct parts.
• Providing product information to customers.
• Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
• Pulls and fills orders from stock.
• Maintaining customer satisfaction at or above company standards.
• Assisting with inventory validation.
• Contributing to departmental production and profitability goals.
• Ability to apply common sense when needed, while staying within Kansas City Peterbilt’s guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• Some heavy lifting required
• Promotes and maintains a positive, team oriented, and customer focused attitude within department
• Must be able to demonstrates positive resourcefulness & versatility in a fast-paced, changing priority, environment

Job Experience:

• Parts Counter sales experience required
• Aftermarket experience strongly preferred
