The Clerk is based out of Bucky's convenience store in Lawler, IA, and will be responsible for doing a variety of jobs including sales, cash register/tending, cooking, restocking, and more. The Clerk is a full OR part-time position that requires occasional weekends. This position reports to the Manager and has no supervisory responsibility.

• Be prompt and timely for all assigned shifts, schedules, and projects
• Actively participate in training or store meetings
• Activate fuel pumps with gasoline or diesel fuel to specified levels
• Collect cash payments from customers and make a change or charge purchases to customers' credit cards and provide customers with receipts
• Clean parking areas, offices, restrooms, or equipment and remove trash
• Provide customers with information about local roads or highways
• Restock and shelve incoming goods
• Sell prepared food, groceries, or related items
• Ensure the proper identification is obtained when selling alcohol, tobacco products, or lottery tickets
• Provide friendly and courteous customer service
• Willingness to perform duties outside the normal scope of work

• Consent to authorization of a pre-employment background check and drug test

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Understand both written and verbal instructions
