Being a Court Clerk obtains requested files and assembles required materials for court proceedings. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Court Clerk typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Court Clerk possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Job Summary
All bailiffs are fully certified Law Enforcement Officers who may effect arrests and work under the supervision of a Division Commander. Our goal is to provide citizens, litigants, jurors, attorneys, court employees, and judges with a safe and secure venue in which to work and conduct business. The incumbent must be a citizen of the United States. The position is governed by state and federal laws and agency policy.
