Responsibilities

• Contact courts to request information as requested by the team
• Coordinate with courts staff to retrieve physical case/ court documents.
• Update the 1800Hiring system with the retrieved information
• Liaise with courts staff as required to obtain further any clarifications requested by the team.
• Any other duties as assigned by the operations team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years’ work experience (in an office environment), preferably having experience in similar roles
• Have good attention to detail, and be highly organized.
• Able to work within set deadlines to obtain information.
• Possess strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in using gmail
• Have reliable transportation to access designated court locations
• Have reliable smart phone with good camera
• Live close to Lancaster area in LA county

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: On the road
