The Senior Creative Designer position is an experience design position focused not only on creative execution, but also an understanding of how creative ties into the bigger marketing strategy.
In this role, you'll lead the creative strategy for multiple clients. You'll need to partner with Account Managers, Ad Managers, and external vendors to keep an eye on timelines and creative specs.
A successful Creative Designer has a high-level of awareness of each client's branding, and has the ability to proactively communicate strategic design ideas with core team members and key client contacts.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures all creative execution aligns with the client’s or Goldiata’s brand identity / aesthetic. Follow brand standard guidelines where applicable.
- Leads the creation of content in the form of (but not limited to) photos, videos, and GIFs for any applicable clients and Goldiata.
- Responsible for quality assurance of creative by ensuring creative execution complies with legal and compliance rules for each client and Goldiata.
- Provides instruction to any subcontractors to facilitate additional creative deliverables.
- Understanding of production process. Capable of taking design from concept to production.
- Independently conducts competitive research and creates presentation materials on competitive research for clients.
- Stays up-to-date on creative trends and insights, generating ideas on how to best translate these for our clients.
Applicant Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in both traditional and digital design. (experience at a marketing/advertising/branding agency is a plus)
- Capable of managing time and priorities effectively to ensure all clients receive a high quality of care.
- Has a strong knowledge of the Adobe Suite, understanding which tools in the suite to use for most efficient asset execution.
- Takes initiative and is competitive where it matters -- company growth, making connections, and being a high-performing member of the team.
- Hungry to work in a fast-paced, ambitious work environment.
- Minimum time commitment of 40 hours per week.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
