Graphic Design and Digital Creative Coordinator
The National Comedy Center, the United States’ official cultural institution and museum
dedicated to presenting the vital story of comedy and preserving its heritage for future
generations, is seeking a Graphic Design and Digital Creative Coordinator.
Reporting to the Manager of Marketing & Communications, the Graphic Design and Digital
Creative Coordinator serves as a key staff member within the Marketing and Communications
department, with a skill set that includes graphic design (both print and web), video editing,
content development and creative asset production and organization to support marketing,
branding, public relations and e-commerce goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Transform creative concepts into effective in-brand marketing/promotion work.
2. Design digital assets for the website, email, social media pages, and branded campaigns.
3. Design print assets including event materials, brochures, posters and point of purchase
material.
4. Design promotional pieces and digital marketing assets for brick & mortar retail and e-
commerce initiatives.
5. Assist with day-to-day management of social platforms.
6. Assist with writing/editing promotional copy for marketing materials and digital
platforms.
7. Occasionally assist with photo and video shoots.
8. Work closely with outside agencies/designers as needed.
9. Support CRM/database management initiatives.
10. Design/build promotional email communications within distribution platforms.
11. Ensure that all marketing materials maintain visual and verbal brand consistency.
The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in graphic design,
multimedia design, marketing or communications; plus at least 7 years’ experience in a graphic
design/creative services role and expertise with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Excel and
PPT are also required.

with expertise in the Adobe Suite of products as well as other current industry standard
