Brand & Creative Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
To direct, coordinate, and administer all aspects of brand and creative marketing for the credit union. Manage the following key functions for the credit union.
Department Specific
• Actively drive the marketing strategy for the credit union.
• Responsible for promoting the credit union brand to maximize growth for the organization.
• Develop, inspire, and direct the brand and creative marketing team.
• Effectively implement the credit union’s marketing strategy, branding, creativity, and design.
• Create content and develop marketing plans to be utilized in strategies and advertising.
• Oversee communications through social media and internal channels.
• Oversee the production of video, television, radio, and other media marketing channels.
• Lead the strategy, creation, deployment, performance, and monitoring of credit union marketing goals.
• Oversee advertising placement, website, web presence, and social networking sites.
• Collaborate with Ad Agency in creation, review and deployment of media and creative content.
• Manage creative partners and the development and management of creative assets.
• Utilize Agile project management to ensure timely and effective completion of assigned projects.
• Direct the creative and art direction of the credit union’s marketing strategy in print, signage, video, audio.
• Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with brand identity, accurate content, compliant and consistent.
• Create and review press releases, social media posts, statement messages, and internal communications.
• Create and review marketing copy and produce content for a variety of marketing assets.
• Create and review business disclosures to be distributed through print and electronic channels.
• Collaborate with other credit union departments on projects and ad-hoc committees.
• Work directly with Digital Marketing Manager to complete goals and objectives.
Credit Union Specific
• Ensure staff are properly trained, coached, and mentored in preparation for assigned duties.
• Track and monitor staff performance and productivity.
• Identify opportunities for streamlining and automation for improved effectiveness of the department.
• Responsible for vendor due diligence for third-party business partners as assigned.
• Responsible managing third-party vendor relationships for enhanced member and staff service.
• Accurately complete and submit month-end reports as directed by senior management.
• Review and update department procedures as scheduled.
• Review and provide recommended updates to credit union policies.
• Work directly with and extend full cooperation with internal auditors and NCUA/CPA examiners.
• Meet or exceed expected results on internal audits and NCUA/CPA examinations.
• Review, update, and periodically test the Business Continuity Plan.
